Your Child's ABA Programme
Your child's programme is mine. I assess them, write the plan, train the therapists who run the sessions, and review their data with them week by week. If it is not working, changing it is my call and my responsibility. A child needs more therapy hours than any one person can give them; what decides whether those hours count is the plan behind them and whether anyone senior is checking. I worked as a behavior therapist myself from 2021 to 2025, which is why I know what to look for when I sit in on a session.
